And Jesus said to them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest." (Luke 10:2)
With the growth of Lutheran Christianity surpassing any other across the world, Africa is in severe need of pastors, or as they call them "soul doctors." And wonderful things are happening with Lutherans in Africa at the Lutheran School of Theology! So it was an honor for Rev. Dr. Bogs to be asked to teach a two-week intensive evangelism class to their students in March 2026. Ron and Gayle went to Nairobi, Kenya for two weeks to volunteer to help fill any needs the school had.
We earnestly ask for your prayers that God's will be done with us in this place. In addition to prayers, if you feel so inclined to support Lutherans in Africa in their work, tax-deductible donations can be made directly to Lutherans in Africa.
Thank you and may God bless you and your support of LIA.
